Heated swimming pool (Summer only) and beach access. Cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days and nights. Close to town! Community Laundry Room located by gas grill and picnic table. There is a 2 person maximum for this unit. Strict rules of the Timberlake HOA do not allow guests to invite family or friends over to use the facility. Summary: Immaculate and comfortable condo and property - nearby but far enough away from the activity of the town. Very quiet, beautiful view of Payette Lake. Murphy bed is very comfortable but may be a consideration for some. We would not hesitate to book again!
